HIS AMARETTO SOUR

A robust mix of smoky Makers Mark bouborn and sweet Amaretto, egg white, lemon and Angostura bitters. Shaken until velvety smooth and served in a coupe glass garnished with cranberry bitters.

 

El DIABLO

A fiery and citrusy mix of ginger beer, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and Cazcabel tequila shaken until chilled and garnished with a piece of our in-house crystallised ginger and a measure of Creme de Cassis.

 

OLD FASHIONED

The original cocktail reimagined. Enjoy the complexity of Knob Creek bourbon and black walnut bitters sweetened with our in-house made toffee syrup. Stirred over ice until chilled. Also available smoked, request at the bar.

 

BRANDY CRUSTA

The rich flavours of Courvoisier Cognac, mixed with the sweet citrus flavours of Curacao, a dash of rich Maraschino and sharp fresh lemon juice are brought to life in a sugar rimmed wine glass.

 

DRAGON’S EYE MARTINI

The floral botanicals of lotus and lavender in the healthy measure of Bulldog Gin perfectly compliment the hugely fragrant Jasmine syrup, whilst the lychee juice mirrors the sweet flavour of the longan fruit botanicals in the gin. 

 

CHAMOMILE SOUR

A subtle floral flavour from our in house infused tequila blanco combines perfectly with fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and distinctive Peychauds bitters. It is then transformed using egg whites and a reverse dry shake into a silky smooth mix, served in a coupe glass, it is finally garnished with delicate chamomile flowers.

 

GRAND COSMOPOLITAN

A sharper, livelier twist on a classic by the use of grapefruit infused Skyy vodka, sweetened with Grand Marnier and cranberry sauce and kept fresh with lemon juice. This take on a classic cosmopolitan is elevated by the flavours and aromas of lemon bitters, changing the finish of the drink to a more bittersweet note, mimicking that of the grapefruit vodka base.
Garnished characteristically with an orange flame.

 

CHOCOLATE RUM BLAZER

Perfect on a cold day or as a hot dessert drink. Mozart chocolate liqueur is poured into a hollow tempered chocolate ball, we then heat and ignite a mix of Pussers navy strength rum and vanilla syrup and pour between jugs to mix and heat thoroughly, this is then poured over the chocolate ball still ablaze. As the chocolate melts the flaming drink is spritzed with orange peel and extinguished before being served.

 

CYNAR JULEP

For those with a bitter palate, a measure of Italian Cynar artichoke liqueur, Appleton Estate Signature blended rum, sweet and fragrant vanilla syrup, zesty pink grapefruit juice, rich Aztec chocolate bitters and fragrant fresh mint leaves, all churned together over crushed ice and served in a julep cup with grapefruit zest and mint sprigs.

 

HER AMARETTO SOUR

A sweet mix of Amaretto and Cheery Heering, egg white and lemon, shaken until velvety smooth and served in a coupe glass and garnished with cranberry bitters. Which combine to make a Cherry Bakewell in a glass.

 

OLD CUBAN

Enjoy a mix of Appleton Estate Signature rum and lime juice, sweetened with our in-house made Demerara syrup, fragranced with Angostura bitters and freshened with mint. Finally lengthened with a healthy splash of prosecco.

 

AVIATION

The refreshing mix of London Dry gin, sweet Maraschino cherry liqueur, floral creme de violet and fresh lemon juice makes this drink an instant favourite. Subtly fragranced with a fresh lemon twist and edible violet flowers.

 

WARD 8

A potent and subtly fruity mix of Rittenhouse Rye whiskey, fresh lemon juice and blood orange juice. Shaken with fresh raspberries and our sweet bar made raspberry syrup. This one packs a punch!

 

CHURCHILL’S BREAKFAST

A silky mix Rye whiskey, punchy espresso, rich maple syrup and fragrant Angostura bitters, shaken and strained into an Indian cinnamon smoked glass and garnished with a strip of blowtorched Indian cinnamon.

 

CRIMSON HEAT

Savour the complexities of a liberal serving of Anejo Tequila, Anejo is the longest period of aging tequila receives, giving it a mature and robust flavour. Brought to life with zesty blood orange and sweetened with agave syrup, a thin chilli coin is shaken into the mix, infusing a subtle chilli heat giving the whole creation a sense of intrigue that will keep you coming back for more. Garnished delicately with a dehydrated orange wheel and a freshly blowtorched chilli coin, this drink comes served in a rocks glass over a giant single cube of ice.

 

KNICKERBOCKER

The perfect sweet dessert drink, Havana 3 rum mixed with orange Curacao, tangy blood orange juice, sharp lemon juice, our own in house made raspberry syrup and fresh muddled pineapple wedges. Shaken until ice cold and double strained into a coupe glass and garnished with a dehydrated pineapple slice.

 

ESPRESSO MARTINI

The ultimate indulgent dessert cocktail. Crisp and clean Stolichnaya premium vodka mingle with the sweet coffee flavours of Kahlua, mixed with bittersweet Cynar and freshly brewed espresso, this cocktail is shaken vigorously until frothy, served in a short latte glass and garnished with dark chocolate shavings and a chocolate wafer.

 

PINK LIPS

An elegant mix of rich and sweet Crème de Framboise, tangy raspberries, fresh mint leaves, cranberry bitters and Lillet Blanc, gently shaken to chill and combine, strained into a flute glass and topped with prosecco. Garnished simply with a dehydrated strawberry petal and fresh raspberries.

 

JYNJA JYNJA SPECIALS

THE PICANTE JYNJA JYNJA

The maturity of reposado tequila combines with the sweetness of Cointreau and sharp citrus of lime juice to make a classic margarita mix. A dash of mandarin syrup, and two chunks of charred pineapple give the whole drink a sweeter edge, livened with a splash of grapefruit soda. Enjoy the relationship between sweet and savoury by combining the flavours of the drink with the Cajun spice rimmed coupe glass.
Garnished with a whole blowtorched fresh chilli on the side this drink looks as beautiful as it tastes.

JYNJA JYNJA SPECIAL – THE KINGSTON ST CLEMENT

Our bartenders own recipe, this drink earned him a place in the finals of a Nationally open competition!

The citrus botanicals of Tanqueray No.10 gin combine perfectly with the sweetness of Limoncello and Cointreau, blended with sharp fresh lemon and grapefruit juices, bitter orange marmalade and our in-house made grapefruit, ginger and rosemary syrup. Poured over ice and lightly crushed fresh rosemary this citrusy mix is lengthened with grapefruit soda and garnished with a dehydrated grapefruit and lemon wheel, a sprig of rosemary and climaxed with a lemon extract flame.
